Chris is an amazing coach. He is knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, and he truly cares about his clients. He does a great job at pushing you to work hard and hold you accountable, while also acknowledging that sometimes flexibility and rest is needed to continue making progress. It’s clear that he values both your physical and mental health.
I’ve worked with Chris for years, and he has helped me reach strength goals (e.g., PRs on all major lifts) and appearance goals (e.g., achieving visible abs) that I never reached while training alone. He’s also tailored his programming to accommodate a previous injury of mine, and I haven’t had any problems following his programming, which is encouraging! As someone who loves lifting and training hard but also loves life outside of the gym, I think Chris has been the perfect coach for me, and I don’t plan on changing any time soon. 🙂 –Dr. Luis Ordaz, Owner of Forged Fitness in Tampa, FL.

I am writing to you today to express my sincere gratitude for Chris and his work. I started working with Chris in late May of 2018. I was originally with another coach who provided me with endless fasted cardio, a cookie cutter diet and never replied to my questions when I entered my first ever competition prep. I was with this coach for about a month and decided to search for another person who would dedicate just as much effort as I had to my first bikini competition. I came across Chris through a mutual friend who had also competed and had done very well. The minute I met Chris we established a game plan for my goals, and I instantly felt reassured that I had found a genuine coach who was interested in watching me blossom in this sport. So, we started our journey together to my first ever show on November 3rd, 2018. The road was not easy. I came across health concerns; had some blood work done and we had to increase calories, reduce cardio and change up my diet completely to maintain a healthy state when dieting and training so intensely. Chris listened to my concerns and addressed my lab results. We tackled the issue head on. My health meant more than any competition. I was happy to have such a dedicated support system through him, I did not want to give up. I stepped on stage for the first time at OCB Florida West Coast Classic and we took home First in Novice A, Novice overall and second place in open A. Just one place shy of winning a pro card, we decided to prep for another 5 weeks and try for the gold at the OCB Winter Classic in Tallahassee. On December 1st, 2018, I competed in my second show, and WE DID IT!! We placed first in Open landing me my pro card!! I started prep at around 118 pounds and stepped on stage for a second time at 105 pounds. The journey was emotionally, physically, spiritually taxing and I am so so thankful that God placed Chris in my life to guide me across the finish line. Chris provided me with meal plan ideas, macros, specific workout splits and was always there to answer any question or concern I ever had. I knew at any moment I could ask him serious questions and he would answer them authentically. I had the lovely honor of being his athlete and I would recommend him to train anyone any day. In fact, Chris is now training both my mother and brother. You invest in a lot of things in life, and I am incredibly happy I took the leap and invested my time in Chris because he did the exact same back.–Marisa Palles, OCB Bikini Pro and Physician’s Assistant

When I say Chris makes dreams come true, I mean it. I had always dreamt of competing in a bikini show, but never thought it was possible. My mom had surprised me with prep through Chris and that was when it all started. I had worked out on and off for 3
years, but after starting with Chris, my physique and mentality drastically changed. We went through 23 weeks of prep, keeping my mind and body as healthy as can be. I admire Chris for always keeping his athletes healthy, not putting them at unhealthy extremes to attain goals. Chris always checked on my feelings, mentality, stress levels, and body to make sure I was doing well. After weeks of hard work, it was finally show day. I took home first in the novice category, and third overall, which I was not expecting at all being my first show. I owe it all to Chris for not giving up on me and being the most encouraging person I know. Chris’s positive attitude got me through all the stumbling blocks along the way, like multiple plateau’s which Chris fixed right away through a change in macros and workout regimen. Chris never let me feel as though I wasn’t progressing and would switch things up if I ever felt so. He even made me a model meal plan when I was having trouble figuring out filling foods to eat as time got closer to the show. I recommend Chris as a coach, trainer, or lifestyle coach to anyone in a heartbeat. There truly is nobody who cares as much as he does, and I owe all my success and knowledge to him. I know we will do big things in the future, and I can’t wait to see all he accomplishes through others.–Jordyn Gartner, Bikini Competitor and future DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
What people are saying
When I signed up with Chris Cole for coaching sessions, my legs had no strength and my lower body flexibility was very limited. Chris took over and slowly and methodically worked with me over several months.
I have regained my leg strength, and my flexibility is as good as it can be, given the future need of a hip replacement. Over the months it has been a pleasure to work with Chris. I give him full credit for my recovery. I consider him a true professional who constantly pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself, which is sign of a great coach.
Thank you Chris for your patience.

“I train with Chris because of how knowledgeable he is, his ability to break things down to my level/explain things so I understand, and the rapport we have built.”

“For me, it’s simple. I have trained with Chris for so long because he cares. It is genuine that he wants to see someone be better, healthier, stronger, and all of the above. He will go above and beyond for people for them to hit their goals and achieve whatever they want. Also, his training knowledge is remarkable, and his itch to always want to learn more makes me believe he always wants to be better for other people.”

“During my 16 weeks of training for strength and speed with Chris Cole I am very happy with the results and the overall program/nutrition plan. Chris would check in on me every other day to see if we could improve my workouts in any way or to modify them if I couldn’t go 100% on everything. My goals were to gain muscle as well as increase strength and speed for football. With Chris as my trainer, I accomplished that.”
