
Hello, I am Chris Cole.
I am a strength coach, personal trainer, and nutrition coach in Tampa, Florida. I have helped thousands of people improve their health, performance, and lives by coaching and educating them on proper exercise selection, technique, and progression, along with sustainable nutrition practices to turn their goals into reality.
Over the last 15 years, I have worked with an extremely wide range of clients: from professional and collegiate athletes, to powerlifters and physique competitors, to successful business professionals, to tactical populations, to seniors.
My ideal client is anyone with a goal, a positive attitude, and a willingness to step outside of his/her comfort zone and work hard.
